I'm SO glad to know others react this way. I always felt weird about memes, really, because I felt like you had to have some kind of... okay, I know this is stupid, but *status* to do them. Like, you had to believe anyone was interested in your response to the meme, and I never felt like I would provoke that interest. It's one of the main reasons I stayed safely and securely behind my curtain of "not a personal journal."
