Well, the chiropractor himself is the one who ordered the icing, so I feel like I have to stick with it, although heat is much preferred! I"m not sure why. I actually hate icing things, myself, because I have this freakishly sensitive skin where everything is either really hot or really cold, and it affects me more than I wish it did.
