He's Kevin Alejandro, who plays Nate Moretta, a detective in the gang unit. He also was on True Blood this past season as Lafayette's love interest, which, let me tell you, I was over the moon about -- my beloved Kevin macking with my favorite character on True Blood... a dream come true, I tell you.
