Yay! I'm really hoping that I will get immersed in the Golem, just because that would help, I think, with getting over the hump of "I have to look for problems." I definitely felt very immersed in Say Nothing, because that was a period I lived through but had skewed knowledge of as an American, even though my dad worked in Belfast for a while during the height of the terror. Stuff that keeps me at arm's length makes it a lot harder to be absorbed.
