*I* believe Canada counts, but apparently the CC companies don't seem to -- they never give me trouble when I use them up there! I'm glad I know about it now. But Nicole has put the fear of god in me mentioning chips -- I don't think any of my cards have chips. And it's too late to get a new one. Arg.
