Hey! Am I the only person who didn't know Dead Like Me was airing on Sci-Fi Channel? Right now! I was totally shocked to see it. Such a wonderful series. Even with all the swear words bleeped out.
....and I still can't see it. This is BS! What's with Sci-Fi not being part of the standard cable package! It's not like it's driven by subscriptions, like HBO. Grr.
I'm so glad they're running it, and giving more people a chance to discover how fabulous it is. I don't buy a lot on DVD, but I have both seasons and watch them more than I probably should. :)
(Although DLM without George's frequent use of the f-bomb? Inconceivable! {g})
My old roomie loaned me Season One - I returned it the next day, having watched ten hours of it. I told her I couldn't have it around until I was out of school. Luckily, I'm not one of those obsessive types.
