31 Flavors: Thor fanart

This artist has done some amazing work, but this one of Thor and Loki is my favorite. I've reblogged their art in my Tumblr but that was before knowing the artist doesn't want that, so I want to respect their wishes and not repost it here -- this is just a link. It's a beautiful piece of Thor holding Loki, with his head on Loki's shoulder, and Loki's back is to the viewer, his head hung down. It's beautifully melancholy and could be read as either slash or as brotherly love, however you wish to view it. It's really gorgeous.

Tumblr permalinks: mouse over the top right corner of the post on your dash, and it'll fold down; if you click on it then, it takes you to the permalink.

It's stupidly non-obvious, and I didn't figure it out on my own until my flist told me. :P

I wish that worked but it doesn't. It seems to only work if you're seeing it in your dashboard, and I can't go back that far to find it because it would take me hours, since Tumblr refuses to let us bookmark our own posts.

Thanks for the link! With 12,000 notes I couldn't get to the bottom on the ipad, so it didn't seem worth it -- waaaaay too much scrolling. I'll fix it in my post, thanks to you! (I use Tumblr a lot, but I fuckin' hate it, man.)

There is no need to scroll to the bottom. You just go to the Tumblr of the artist, who in this case has even an art tag, so it's easy to find the right post by just going back one or two clicks, and then click on the notes link to open the entry. Coming in from the original Tumblr you won't get the permalink to some reblog, but to the post, regardless of whether there are a gazillion likes and reblogs or not.
