Buckaroo's shirts need a new home

I have some fannish stuff I'm trying to get rid of and find good homes for, in this case two t-shirts for Buckaroo Banzai that I've had for many years, but have never really fit into, and just didn't have the heart to give them away. I'd rather find them a fannish home than just give to a charity. One is a medium black short-sleeved T, with the Yoyodyne Propulsion Systems logo in blue and green, and the slogans "A growing excited company" and "The future begins tomorrow" above and below. On the back it has "Laugh while you can Monkey Boy" -- sans comma, sigh.

The second is a long-sleeved black T with the Buckaroo movie art and jet car, and the words Team Banzai on the sleeve. Also a medium. Neither has really been worn much, if ever. I got these long ago at a BB convention from my boyfriend at the time, who seemed to have some kind of sweet but misguided notion that I was a smaller woman than I really am.

Anyway, if you're interested in either or both, let me know -- all I ask is that you pay for postage and packaging. If you're going to Escapade, I could also bring them down to you (if no one wants them, I'll probably throw them on the swap table).

those sound wonderful - but there's no way in hell I could wear them. my brother shares my love of the movie, but he's also too large. I hope you find a taker who appreciates them.

That sounds great! I'll brng them with me, and will you make a point to find me at some point to grab them? I have a terrible time remembering stuff I need to do at the con, especially before the vid show, and then on Sunday when I have a brain again, everyone's leaving!

Someone who's going to the con in a few weeks asked for them, so I took the lazy easy route and am giving them to her, but thank you for the interest. I hate that i'm so lazy it's easier for me to stuff them in a suitcase than to mail them out, but lately it seems I am... I actually have some Yoyodyne coffee mugs I might be getting rid of too, and if I do, I'll respond to this and let you know.
