Date: 2007-05-30 06:56 pm (UTC)I've actually been feeling quite good for the last few weeks, & I think it's because I've been taking 1200mg of omega-3/omega-6 with each meal. It's supposed to be good for depression, so I figured I'd give it a try. I don't know if it's really working, or if it's placebo effect, or what, but I feel like my base mood has risen from "anxious" to "happy." Anyway, it's something to consider.
