gwynMy afternoon has not been good. First I found out that the remodel/addition won't start now until likely second week of September. This means no painting of the house till next year, and no furnace in the colder months. But they only just got the permits, and it wasn't like they could keep a crew around waiting for the city to deign to give me permits, so they're on another job till early Sept. I am so, so bummed. But at least it gives me some more time to haul things out of here.
Then I found out from Morgan Dawn's posts that Imeem has baleeted a bunch of vids from numerous vidders' sites, including mine. I'm missing at least two I know of, my BSG vid for Digging in the Dirt and my LoM vid for I'm Immortal. Even if it's a glitch in the system, that means my comments and view counts are gone. Dirt was the most-viewed vid on the site.
And to top it off, I just realized I'm coming down with a cold. So I'll be in full-blown worst phase travelling to VVC. And no one will want to come near me because I'm sick! Gah. OTOH I got to watch Charlie Jade tonight and have tasty pizza and whine about fandom with movies michelle, gattagrigia, and feochadn, which is always nice.
In honor of the characters of color, I give you my Native boyfriend Eric Schweig (okay, ONE of my Native boyfriends), as Pike Dexter in Big Eden. I worship him.
