Honestly, both the entries in this fandom this year were cute, but I thought I'd rec this one since a lot of times the Madness stories don't get as much attention. This has a delightfully ridiculous solution to staying relevant in the artist feud (and if you're not familiar with the war between these two artists over pigment paints, this has lots of handy dandy links inside it.)

I've told a couple of people IRL about this feud and they have a hard time believing it's an actual thing. :D

It's stuff like that that sort of boggles my mind about mundanes. Like, this has been everywhere in the circles I move in for a couple years, and it's hard to even imagine not knowing what this is about.

And it's such a good story, too! It has every single dramatic element you could want. People who don't know about it are missing out.

But, yeah, when the people I told had no idea about it, I was just befuddled: what part of the internet are they on? Are they even on the internet at all??!?
