Okay, Orange Crush it was! Thanks for weighing in, my friends.

Geez, I went to a new dermatologist today about something that was starting to really scare me when coupled with the cough that wouldn't go away, and that turned out to be okay, but she removed two moles from my forehead for biopsy that look problematic. And they won't stop bleeding. And they hurt. It shouldn't hurt this much nor bleed so much, but I'm a bleeder. I'm going through bandages like crazy. Putting pressure on them doesn't seem to help. Tonight should be fun.

Also I have a cyst right over my spine and that's going to be fun having removed. At least I can wait till after Vividcon for that.

This story I'm writing has now ballooned to 13,000 words. It's supposed to be schmoopy fluff. What the hell?

OW re: the cyst, and my sympathies re: the moles. I always manage to get them along my bra line and where my bra straps sit. It's good to know they like to be so conveniently placed for other people too.

I am trying to feel sympathy about the story, but that is 13,000 words I get to READ when you are done, so I'm afraid I am feeling only anticipation and a little envy that you are getting words. I could use some of those.

Orange Crush is a worthy winner. I don't mind losing out to it. :-)

Dermatology, ugh. I have a bunch of large skin tags I need removed. Not looking forward to it, and I'm not a bleeder.

I once had a mole removed and it took forever to stop bleeding... the doctor actually tried a few things to cauterize the wound and then quipped "Well, you know what they say... all bleeding eventually stops!" I had to pause a moment, but then burst out laughing when it really sank in what he was saying. The nurse who was assisting him was absolutely scandalized and I could hear her scolding him even after they left the room. Hopefully, yours stops before it gets to be a problem! :-)

Also keeping my fingers crossed that the removed moles aren't problematic at all!

Hah. Yeah. I suppose I could just wait till I bleed to death. It's mostly stopped, though if I rub the very soft scab in any way, it starts all over again. I wish I didn't have to teach on Saturday with these things on my head, but...

That...does not sound like a lot of fun. I hope everything turns out OK!
