Club Vivid premiere vid: Buckaroo Banzai
Aug. 16th, 2012 05:42 pmHere's the Club Vivid premiering vid. I was pleasantly surprised by how many people were excited to see a vid for Buckaroo Banzai. Hopefully their expectations weren't too high and I dashed them to pieces.

I had a lot of fun with this. It's one of my favorite movies of all time, and I really wanted to try to convey the complete absurdity of the visuals. There weren't a lot of songs that worked for it, and in some ways, I'm not sure this one does, either, but it has the '80s feel I wanted, and it's a ridiculous song so it worked in conjunction with the ridiculous movie.
