I totally understood him -- his constant griping as a mask for his own dissatisfaction with himself, his insecurities manifesting themselves as aggressiveness, his simmering anger... he was definitely someone I understood on a cellular level. The scene where I knew he was exactly me was when he told Frannie that a guy like Fraser would never love a girl like her. I always thought he was talking about himself there (Sandy and I talked about that at length when she was feeding me episodes), and it just cuts me to the bone.
