For a zapping kiss, I think there was a lot of forceful kissing when Spike was with Harmony. There was also that kiss where Spike dreamed kissing Buffy and then woke up in shock.
Harmony in general would have great facial expressions for your other need.
I'm not very good at this. I can't recall specific stuff from episodes, especially not having watched them for years, and certainly can't recall episode names when I do think of something. Sorry I can't be of more help...but I do have the S1 DVDs if you need them! *G*
