He's not a particularly engaging character, to me -- none of the pols are my favorites, I much prefer the cops and dealers in terms of storyline, but everything is very intertwined so you can't really not have them in there. He does a very good American accent, though slips occasionally. He still shows a lot of the mannerisms of Stewart -- he tends to bounce on his feet when he walks, and almost... well, sashays! And has that comeon grin. In the last ep I watched, I was reminded how incredibly wee he is -- when he sits at this table, it comes up to his shoulders. He looked like a little kid at the big kids' table.
