A few smiles

gwynI realize I don't have many icons where people are smiling. This should be rectified, I think.
Though I am not feeling very joyous today, and in fact am feeling pretty lowdown, it's More Joy Day, and I wanted to go find stuff that made me smile and share it. So, a few things off YouTube, which probably most of you have seen, but just in case you haven't, here they are.
First, the Evolution of Dance videos from comedian Judson Laipply. The new one isn't quite as fun as the first, I think just because it's not the first, but they both make me laugh, a lot. I love the little bit of "Jump Around," since I vidded that last year for Vividcon. There's just something about a guy in not especially great shape, jeans that are too short, and white socks doing these dances that's inherently smile-inducing.

This one has kind of a sad ending in its own way, and I ended up hating Catherine Tate by the end because she is MEAN to my beloved Daniel (OK IT'S ENTIRELY POSSIBLE THAT I OVERIDENTIFY WITH BEING A DANIEL CRAIG FAN, BUT IT'S NOT LIKE THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT, SO SHUT UP!!), but the whole idea of it is just so freaking hilarious and I love how happy he is when he says he wants the crazy straw. He is such a great sport about his new status these days (witness his appearance on John Stewart), and I just love his cute little smile when he's embarrassed.

laurashapiro has a hilarious little video on her lj today where someone who's never seen the Star Wars films tells the story of the movies. I died.
