I bought some smoked salmon for this vermicelli smoked salmon cream thing
Sounds yummy! We recently received a gift box of Canadian smoked salmon from a visiting relative, and I'm actually on the lookout for ideas to make it into a meal. Would love to hear more details if/when you get around to making that dish. :)
