Yes, we did. Did you watch their reunion back then, in '06? I stuck with the show till they let them go in 2009, even though they really did not do right by Steve at all. He was just recently let go from Y&R and I wonder now, since DoOL finally realized they had made a mistake getting rid of all the classic power couples, if they might bring him back. Apparently they have him divorced from Kayla and living in Africa or some such bullshit. Which is just...he would NEVER leave his Sweetness. Ever. So I hate that. But these old clips are enough to make me really happy.

The best resource I've found is a channel from someone called spiesoftheheart (and her second channel, which has a 2 after the same name). SHe was a Kim/Shane fan, but she has even this old stuff from waaaay back in the day like original Roman and Marlena and such. Someone else named bradyclanfan has a playlist called Lady and the Tramp that starts with Steve terrorizing Kayla, and goes all the way up to the New Year's Eve when Kayla found out the truth about how she met Steve. It's pretty awesome, and includes all their stuff together in the Stockholm storyline.

There are a bunch of other people they link to in their playlists, and the quality varies, but spies's clips are often really clear and sharp.

then there's a web site for Steve Nichols and Mary Beth Evans called something like snandmbe.com or something, and they have a bunch of video clips as well. The one thing that seems missing is the Jack storyline, but it might also be that I'm misremembering how that went or something. Anyways, it's enough to keep you wallowing. The playlist on spies 2's channel that shows Steve from the very beginning is crazy -- he's such a lunatic.

And also, ETA: I'd forgot how often he was shirtless and wandering around with the top button or two of his Levi's undone. And his ASS. It's a thing of beauty, for sure. He was such a...he looked like some kind of heavenly creature descended to earth, and they had to put the eye patch on to make him seem less heavenly.
