LJ help

Okay, I've spent far too many hours trying to figure this out and why I can't figure this out. Can anyone help me figure out why I cannot get the links component box to show up, so that I can fix the few links I have on my journal page, and add some? I know few people ever look at main pages for LJs and even see the links, but I wanted to just be able to change it, at least.

When I go to Customization, I get the usual four suspects, Text, Color, Presentation, and whatever that first one is. But I remember there used to be a Links tab, as well, or if I was on crack and it was never there, there was certainly a text box where you could type the links you wanted in it.

I have the links component box enabled, with a different header than Links, but otherwise, it's set to show, and it does. Yet I cannot seem to change it. What am I missing?

You rock my world! I would never ever ever have figured that out. I've been looking in the help and the faqs, and poking around in the customization, and never could find anything that seemed to address this. I wonder why they changed it this way? Makes it hard on a girl. Well, a stupid girl like me. ;-)
