I thought of one more thing I wish for on my wishlist:

For George "moronic asshat" Bush and Dick "psychotic fuckwit" Cheney to suddenly slap their foreheads, V-8 style, and say, "What were we thinking? We don't know how to run this country! We're too stupid, bigoted, compromised, mendacious, hostile, and insane. We didn't even *win* that first election, so let's get Gore and Obama in here to fix the mess we made, pronto."

Wouldn't that be a great start to the new year? Hey, I can dream.
