It's everything that's great about the movie, about fandom, and about fanfic rolled into one incredible story. This movie has inspired some of the most amazing fanfic.

Or so Max would say when anyone asked for them whole, and no doubt a-dore-a-bull, story of how he and Grant got back together. How the Grax happened, if you will.

 

Anyone who ever watched Happy Endings, and there are far too few of us, fell in love with Grant, who was played by the always adorable James Wolk. Of course, everyone in the show fell in love with Grant, too, and I think the audience was as crushed as the characters when Max and Grant broke up. This is a wonderful story that fixes Max and Grant and gets them back together in exactly the way they would get back together on the show. It's lovely, and it made me extremely happy.
