I'll drink with you about "would of" any time. (And the "not that big of a" construction. I can guess how the "of" slouched its way in there -- by analogy with "not that much of a," I presume -- but, gah.)

You probably know that the apostrophe on a plural is sometimes called the grocer's apostrophe, because it shows up so often on things like "apple's, $2/lb." (or, as tiashome said, on "CD's 10% off")?
