Aaaa! AAAA! ::runs around in circles::

OMG, Max Martini was in tonight's White Collar! For the... two other people I know who love him, watch eeeet! Of course, he's a bad guy, sigh. I get so excited to see him but he so rarely plays a good guy on TV outside of his appearance on Numbers and his role in The Unit (where they often made him rather unhinged, so... maybe not so much always a good guy). Him and Damian Lewis and Kevin McKidd -- making it safe for ginger men to be called sexy.
I loved the episode, and not just because it was a chance to see him with Tim DeKay and Matt Bomer. Elizabeth is finally back (though, I guess they're airing a bit out of order, because I believe there's still one more hideous green screen appearance left), and she and Peter are all cute and married and sweet together, d'aaawwww. And then we get bonus Mozzie and Ell bonding, even more d'aaawww.
Neal is always more fun when he gets to be a complete con man. That stuff with the Lamborghini buyer was priceless, and I love that Peter doesn't even really put up much of a fuss about it anymore. They so totally have broccoli by this point.
There are times when Mozzie's preciousness and tweeness in the story bothers me, but tonight was not one of them. And it was so nice to see Joe Morton. I know he's in Eureka, but honestly, I am never disappointed when there is Joe Morton on my TV.
But really, best of all, we got to see a little almost glimpse of Tim DeKay's rockin' bod, which they have steadfastly refused to give us -- one hint in the pilot, and nothing since, really, except sweaty sweatpants and tee. We at least got to see a little biceps flex action tonight.
Overall, I am quite, quite happy, though I would have been happier if perhaps Max had got the chance to play the falsely accused fed and they would have dressed him a tad better. And the teaser for next week!

Date: 2010-08-26 03:51 am (UTC)I watched this entire ep thinking - Peter is so freaking happy. He loves his life so much, and entirely because Neal and Elizabeth are both in it. The only angst he ever has is when one of them is upset or in danger. And I adore that so much about him!
And also, of course. THE ARMS. I am rather fond of those as well. *gulp!*
