Jump Around - Very cool use of the action clips with the lyric interpretations.
Try Not to Breathe - I like all the layering. It adds a richness to the vid. I want to give Jack a hug now and mak him take a nap.

Thank you so much. Believe me, that means a lot coming from such an amazing vidder (I am trying to think of comments for the VVC vids and I haven't formulated much that doesn't come out sounding utterly retarded -- and me with a big vocabulary).

just had to squee a bit about Jump Around (haven't seen Breathe yet, it's downloading). I'm partial to the song anyway, and seeing all the fantastic clips from Angel made me both terribly gleeful and interested in rewatching the series. good job!

There is, there really is so much crack in Angel. I was worried initially that I wouldn't have enough jumping around clips to fill all the song. Hah. Boy was that fear unfounded!

It's still blurry to me! I have a hard time not bopping to it -- which makes it extremely hard to judge your edit points! Also, I think I hurt myself jumping to it at the con. ;-)

I love vids that take songs I never heard of and make me like them. This is even more of an achievement in that I semi-actively disliked "Jump Around" until seeing your version. So much love for the awesome stunts of Angel (and of course everything else) and for your magnificent rendition, every frame and beat, every lovely lyrical matchup -- and the crowning cherry on top that is Numfar. Thank you, for making and sharing!

I actually do know quite a few people in the same boat -- they hate Jump Around. So I consider it quite a feat when I can make people bop to it and have a good time, not just grit their teeth and endure it!

Numfar truly is a cherry on top. The vid would be nothing without Numfar, I'm telling you.

Oh, I'm so glad -- because I think that's a lot of what motivates me to vid Buffy and Angel still so much. I just feel such affection for it still, and miss it so much. I know I should be moving on, but I can't quite get there yet.

Jump Around was fun! I'd forgotten how goofy that show could be at times. Very cute, and the song's disturbingly earwormish. :D

Sometimes I miss Angel so much it hurts. Not to mention Buffy, but then, I am mentioning it, aren't I? ;-) I am so glad you enjoyed them. It always means extra when it's your friends and other good vidders giving you pets.

Oh, thank you for this -- that's really all the stuff I was feeling about him when I made it. As much crack as the show throws at us, especially about Jack, I see such a sorrow in him, for all that he's lost and what he knows he has yet to lose. And... that really gets to me.

Not only did I not get to really talk to you at VVC, I never commented on Try Not to Breathe which is one of my favorite and most rewatched vids of the DVD. I even made my kids watch it (the only one with boy kissing they got to see, because it's just so beautiful and they pretty much got the storyline even with only knowing Jack from DW!)

So here I am, d'loading, since I'm asked to give back my DVD player eventually and want it on my HD.

In this case, I'm particularly delighted with 'Jump Around' because I loved ATS and am pleased to see its comedic potential being showcased! ;) It's a lot of fun.

I enjoyed the Torchwood vid as well, though it's not really a show or a character I'm fond of.

My feet were sore for the whole weekend after Club Vivid and it's totally because of Jump Around (combined with uncomfortable dress shoes not designed for such activities) :-) I had so much fun dancing to it! And I love the section from 1:38 (ballet deleted scene) through 1:56 (wrestlers!)...all of the clip selections are so funny!
