I keep meaning to post these and forgetting

1) I'll be in New York City this weekend to see Chris Evans's mustache in its Broadway debut. I'll have Sunday night free and would love to spend it with some fannish types if anyone's around and might want to meet up. I'm staying in Daredevil's neighborhood, around 48th and 11th, and while I'm not the best at getting around Manhattan without getting lost, I can usually bumble my way places without too much disaster if I'm given specific instructions. Cool! My friends are leaving around 6 p.m., and i'm not sure exactly if I'll be with them up till they leave, or what, but I should definitely be free after that. I can't stay out too late, just because I have to get up super early to get out to Newark for my flight, but I would love to see you. Didn't get my Par fix at VVC last year.

You know, for me, the horrible thing is the brush cut with the mustache. I actually don't mind the stache, just because I grew up when they were popular, and I didn't mind Seb's either. I mean, they look ridiculous, but…I'd still bang them.

I may be free Sunday night! It depends on how late it is. It's a 2 hour train ride into the city for me, and I wouldn't want to stay out too late since I have work Monday...

Oh wow, two hours is a long trip in…my friends are leaving around six, and I don't know if I'll have the whole day, but I also can't stay out too late just because I have a really early flight. But if it works out, definitely drop me a line--I'd love to see you.

Yeah, unfortunately I am end of the line. (There is a hour and a half option a 15 minute drive away, but that line has track work so is bussing people on weekends. It's a mess!)

If I can catch a 4pm train and catch up with you at 6pm, that might work. I'll probably have to leave by 8pm or so, but that is better than totally missing you! And this way you get to retire early for your flight the next day.

I hope I will! I'm kind of nervous--I have, well, terrible luck with these sorts of things, and I'm just terrified something will go wrong because that's the only reason I'm really going (to meet my friends, sure, but…we're there for Chris). Cross fingers for me!

My friend who was living there moved back to Seattle, so I haven't been back for a couple years but I hope that that wasn't the end of my visiting there. I hope next time he returns, too, he'll let me know ahead of time so I can plan to go with him. He's such an idiot sometimes that he never thinks of that, but I've made it clear I'd like to go.

I've read really good reviews! He seems to be surprising people, so if it's not a disaster and he skips the performance (this is my big fear, since things like this always go wrong for me) I think his mustache should do very well.

From what's floating around online, he seems pretty committed to it--doing only premiere weekend Infinity War press and such. The reviews have been very positive! Most seem to conclude that he's really good in the part.

Have a great time! I'm sad that I'm just going to miss you. I'll be in NYC for the moustache next weekend. (I originally had tickets for this week, but it's my kid's adoption day and she was miffed I was going to miss it, so exchanges were made.)
