6.4 - A lot of good, tense scenes in this one, which doesn't surprise me as Adam Arkin knows what he's doing!

Ava & Katherine.
Loretta (yay!) & Walker.
Loretta, Walker, Tim, Raylan and Markham.

These scenes were all so good - funny, tense, and really giving all the actors a chance to shine. The call back to the "apple pie" was great, too.

Also, I do appreciate that they had a Busey and then promptly blew him up.

Markham is a really good villain. He's so charming and easy but underneath he's cold and vicious. It's a really great balance and Elliott is doing a fantastic job with it.

6.5 - Constable Bob!

I don't really have much of an opinion about this episode. I do like the tunneling bits, but I'm kinda bored with the rest of it. It feels like a bit of a retread episode.

Ya know, Boyd really is a sweetly romantic and devoted partner, except for the criminal part.

EEEEE Crotchety Art! A favorite. That scene was nice, seeing them together, Art still poking holes at Raylan's ideas and cowboyness. <3

Okay even though I miss Rachel mixing it up with the boys, I am in heaven with Tim and Raylan getting to work a case together so much, and since there's just this one case of getting Boyd (and through Boy, getting to Hale and Markham) we are getting these delicious scenes together. "Did she water little Raylan so he could blossom?" hahah.

Sigourney Weaver?? LOL. I like Tim's choice in fantasy celebrity women.

Katherine Hale scares me. Those eyes! She's terrifying.

I forgot how companionable Wynn and Boyd are by this time. I mean, neither of them trust each other, but they actually work rather well together and if either one of them could manage their own operation for longer than a minute, maybe they could have had a long standing partnership.

I am sorry, no safe cracker worth their salt would accidentally get blown up.

Aw, it's kind of nice seeing Dickie Bennett again, and lol at his face when he's told he sold his ancestral land to Loretta! hah. Mags would be pleased. Yay Loretta!

One thing you can say about Raylan is he (mostly) lets his targets line themselves up to be the masters of their own demise. I like that. That was a great scene between him, Markham, Loretta, Dillahunt, and Tim. That one death look Marham gives Tim though. Like, he thinks he's got Raylan all figured out but then here's this other punk marshal that he probably has not done as much research on.

Where did Boyd get clean of the gore? Did he dry clean his clothes? I'm too lazy to rewind and check closely if it's the same clothes or not lol.

OOOoooh Tim and Rachel. <3

I honest to god laughed out loud at Mikey. "I don't like that guy. He aplexes me." "You okay? You look aplexed?" DIES. I laughed both times.

The return of both Bob and Limehouse. And introducing Jeff Fahey.

Bob: Take him out? Out out?
Raylan: Outside.

Bob - balls like deathstars haha.

Not sure I liked the ending with Raylan and Ava.
