gwynI'm sitting here at my doc's clinic in Infusion Services waiting for them to start IV antibiotics. I've had a possible allergic reaction to the massive amoxycillin and my joints are all swollen and achy, plus I had bloody poo this morning.
I have to come back for the next three days. I had to take a taxi here and will have to take one home during rush hour (was in way too much pain to drive). This fucking cat is really expensive . My insurance won't pay for most of this. And here I was trying to start being more frugal so I could focus my money on travel. Fucking little cat bastard.
This place is quite nice and there's a tv and stuff. But it reminds me way too much of getting chemo with sis_r.

About 20 yrs ago my brother had a deep cat bite on his hand and ignored it until the tendon sheath in his hand became so septic he had to be hospitalized for several days. They had to open up his hand and scrape out the infection.
I'm sorry this turned into such a shit-storm for you. Bad Blue!

We went through our own pet trauma when Steve fell down a steep ravine trying to retrieve Daisy. He ended up with a broken ankle and spent 4 weeks flat on his back. Pets sure can be expensive.
