gwyn: (christmas star jidabug)

I had so much fun last night dumping in all the songs people shared with me. I'm so excited to be able to listen to everything again. And I'm still totally in the mood for more music, so here's a couple others I dumped in that were on my tape that I think are fun:

Merry Christmas (I Don't Want to Fight Tonight) because what else says Christmas better than the Ramones? I ask you.

Santa Claus is Back in Town : one of my absolute favorites because Elvis makes Santa a hep cat with a very naughty delivery who drives a "big black Cadillac" instead of a sleigh. Gotta love it.

As always, right (or option+) click and save to your computer.

I've never heard either of these songs. I adore Elvis's rendition. My favorite non-religious christmas song is his version of "Blue Christmas." In fact, I must admit I haven't heard of some of those songs you were looking for. I would have loved to help...but didn't know how.

I'll try to put up a couple more oddballs later this week or weekend if I can. And it looks like some of my friends have even weirder ones than I do! I'll have to grab some of those if i can.

How eerie. The Ramones song is playing on our stereo right now.

Umm, I hate to seem greedy

I sent it to your yahoo mail, hope that's okay. I might put it up later this week, I've just been having a severe grump attack today over some shitty mail I got, and so I just kind of didn't put it up after all because I was busy pouting. ;-)

My mind boggles at Nina Hagen singing Ave Maria. What's next, Lena Lovich doing O Holy Night?!
