I loved this so much - I often think on the fact that Jack is always an observer to history and never really the point of the story, he's always there, seeing, feeling and experiencing - but he's almost always in the background. I like that Ianto provides that grounding - that limelight in a way for him to not be forgotten when everyone else goes home so to speak.

Oh, thank you so much! I had no idea that this had been posted, and I'm sorry for the months of delay. My God! LJ has really been crappy about sending me comments, I guess, because there are a couple more here on this thread that I've never seen! I'm so glad at least one peeked through or I'd never have seen it.

So thank you!!! I'm so very glad you enjoyed it -- Jack is so my guy right now (well, him and Ianto). ;-)
