I have no idea what to make for VVC premieres. I was originally planning on making a vid I've had on my mind for years, about supernatural-type evil beings, but I'm making a multifandom vid for the Club VVC premiere, and I think that might be too many multimedia vids in a row. Those are hard and very taxing, and take a lot of time. And I'm in the first flush of Community love, and excited that I finally found a fandom for a song I've wanted to vid for decades -- but sometimes, first flush of fannish love isn't the best choice, especially for a vidshow like that where it's so... intense and judgey. And then there's the Burn Notice vid I've always wanted to do, and more Justified...

I didn't even put the two vids I've been stalled on for years, one for Deb Morgan on Dexter, and one for the Whoniverse. My brain just spazzes out whenever I look at them. So help me decide, cuz I gotta get crackin'.

I'm not sure if you mean that Community fandom is judgey, but I haven't actually found that to be the case. I think all vids would be welcomed there! Certainly by me. *g*

I made some from the Christmas episode in season 2, but I can't recommend them. Heh. I CAN recommend Grosserpepper's Community icons tag (http://community.livejournal.com/grosserpepper/tag/community). I really like their style.

Dude, I know how you feel. I voted for Justified (solely because of Kentucky!!) but I might change it to Community. I can't decide.

Let's ALL make Community vids for premieres! 2 hours of vids for that show would be a nice change, right??? I have a song I decided today would make an excellent Abed/Annie/Troy song. Maybe with bonus Jeff.

OMG, an all-Community vidshow would be so awesome. ANd people who've never seen it would be at premieres going, WTF is this shit? That would add to the awesomeness. ;-)

And for once, maybe we wouldn't all come out stressed out and serious -- we'd all be happy and smiling.

I would LOVE to see your Abed/Annie/Troy idea -- just thinking of that is making me smile hugely. And weirdly, I'm actually starting to really like Jeff, which I didn't think was possible. I just saw the ep the other day where he tries to prevent Annie from dating Vaughn, and he talks about how she's only 18 and hasn't yet formed her idea of the perfect guy, so Vaughn's a "gateway douche" and I just about died. Underneath the smug there's actually a decent guy.

I don't know what is wrong with me that I can't make that Deb vid! I'm partly flummoxed by some of the effects I want to do, so that's one big thing, but I mean, I normally forge ahead and soldier on, but I can't seem to with this one.
