I got up really late this morning, but I still can barely keep my eyes open and it's not even 8 pm.

Today's rec:

Latest Issue (Buckaroo Banzai, 1621 words, G) by merriman
Summary: Five times the Buckaroo Banzai comic book got it eerily right and one time it was completely off base.

This is a cute little future fic that includes some of the characters we didn't get to see in the movie like Pecos and Big Norse.

Yes, yes! There is some really great fic out there--I've received a number of them myself as gifts from my early days in Yuletide participation. I *think* you can see someone's gifts on their AO3 page, and if you can there are a couple from a number of years ago that are well worth reading, and unfortunately, I wasn't using my bookmarks back then, but I have found a few others to rec over the years...I'll see if I can find them, and let you know.
